As a crypto enthusiast, Jordan serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Agrippa Capital, a crypto native hedge fund. He also founded TheMilkWayGang, a non-custodial staking company. At Pancasila, Jordan uses his expertise to identify important industry trends and work with partner projects to help them achieve their goals. He is a co-founder of Pancasila along with Jason and also Director of Pancasila Ltd, Pancasila’s management company.

Keita later became President Director of Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo, a joint venture between Cargill and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan. After Cargill, he served as Director for ASEAN Businesses at United Foods International and as a Coordinator for the Japan External Trade Organization, where he consulted for Japanese SMEs considering to expand their businesses in Indonesia.

In 2012, Miyamoto founded SKM Wellness and Consulting Pte Ltd, offering business strategy consulting and coaching for companies seeking business incubation and sustainable growth in ASEAN and Japan. He is also the Founder and CEO of K Holdings Co Ltd, a business consulting firm for Japan investments, foreign investments, and trades.

Aside from his business roles, Miyamoto also offers his language skills as a Freelance Interpreter, providing simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services in Japanese and English for C-level executives and senior management in major Japanese corporations.

Returning to campus after completing his mandatory service, Jason attended a symposium on Urban Development in Indonesia and was immediately drawn in by the multidisciplinary approach to engineering socioeconomic outcomes. After reading Peter Senge’s book “The Fifth Discipline”, Jason recognised that intentional use of technology could be leveraged to drive sociological change at global scale.

Jason’s passion for mitigating climate change led him to pivot to a pilot programme initiated by the Royal Academy of Engineering in the UK designed to create ‘T-shaped’ engineers. He went on to complete his BSc in Engineering for Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex, and continued to the longer standing MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable at the University of Cambridge.

During this period he met his future business partner and co-founder, Rashid Mansoor, together, they co-founded Hadean Supercomputing Ltd with the ambition to democratize supercomputing, creating digital twins and simulations of Earth’s processes to combat climate change. His role in forming strategic partnerships with Microsoft led to the creation of the largest instance of a metaverse in 2018 to date, when Hadean launched a live demo with CCP Games at that year’s Game Developer Conference.

Thereafter, Jason joined forces with Jordan Alexander to co-found Pancasila, to build on their past experiences in cloud computing to enable decentralized decision-making in web3. Pancasila’s first investment is Metagravity, where Jason currently sits on the board of directors.

Via Pancasila, he has also been incubating the development of Metacognitive, a Human-Machine Interface for Generative AI, where he is founder and CEO.  Metacognitive’s platform delivers dynamic orchestration of Generative AI, seamlessly aligning the increasing capabilities of multi-modal LLMs to the everyday needs of B2B2C companies.

Today, Yen Wei brings his diverse experience, tenacity, and unending curiosity to Pancasila. As an analyst focusing on governance, legislation, and portfolio company due diligence, he is constantly exploring the tech and VC space. His unique insights and dedication to learning and growth are valuable assets in guiding Pancasila’s strategic investments in the emerging metaverse stack.

Originating in New Zealand, Hanna holds a Bachelor of Human Biomedical Sciences and a Master of Science in Microbiology (First-Class Honours) and is the final year of her PhD. She was elected to represent scholars at the Scottish Government Water Forum and has spent time during her PhD teaching, representing postgraduate student voices at the college level, volunteering in science communication and was the former social media manager, writer and presenter of the biology podcast BioPOD.

She currently spends her time connecting the dots between health and psychology, finding meaning through movement, and contributing to executing Pancasila’s investment thesis.
